    So i bought a gift card and when i scatched alot of the code came off so i would like to know if thre is anything that i can do to get the code to work only the last to parts were scratched offf and i would like to know if thre is any way to get the code

    Why can’t we use Microsoft account balance to purchase digital xbox gift card?

    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The Microsoft account balance is essentially the same as a gift card since funds typically come from Xbox gift cards.
