    Yes I saw that but I thought it may be helpful to actually supply the error code info. I have also requested a call back. Just trying to give as much info as possible Gift card :)

    Hey there, thanks for the tip - tried that already (sorry should have mentioned that earlier - my bad) anyway no luck Gift card :p Thanks tho! Here's hoping it's fixed soon.

    The message says my card hasen't been activated. If there isn't anything you can do, can you direct me to people who will help me, because the store employees insist that it is activated even though I have photo evidence that it isn't.

    Why can’t we use Microsoft account balance to purchase digital xbox gift card?

    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The Microsoft account balance is essentially the same as a gift card since funds typically come from Xbox gift cards.
