    Hi Xbox.

    I'm an Italian guy who is about to get into the game by opening up a company.

    I would like to specialize in selling gift cards. Most importantly, there are the Xboxlive Gift Cards.

    I would like more information on prices. The funds I do not miss so my purchases would always be for tens of thousands

    of euro but I would like to understand a little better that margins are there.

    Hey Grund,

    Can you try redeeming the codes on both a console and here on Xbox.com?

    If it's not working, it's possible this could be a region thing - the country from which you bought the codes should match your account region which needs to match your physical location too. If those three things don't match, you wouldn't be able to redeem
    the code.

    Let us know how you get on.

    Yes.I 've alerady tried both on cosnsole and here.I bought the code from Greece and the region is Greek also.I have checked this also.

    I noticed that there is an expired card in the payment options but i cant remove it.It only shows the valid one.

    I'm not sure if an expired card would cause this, but you might want to reach out to phone/chat support and see if they can help you remove that other card.

    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Select "Chat with Xbox Support" or the phone option.

    Then, once it's removed, try the code again and see if it works now.

    That could also be the case, but you'd need to speak with the retailer from which you bought the code about that so that they can activate it.

    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The Microsoft account balance is essentially the same as a gift card since funds typically come from Xbox gift cards.
