    can some one help me get xbox live?

    Same problem here, xbox will no longer accept gift cards or live gold codes and keeps returning 'try back later'

    Cant purchase the 1 month gold for $1

    My card went thru legit, but when I try to buy the 1 month special tab I get an error message that reads "Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later". Anyone else have this issue?

    Kind of a bummer seein as I just got this card in the mail as a gift (No its not a gift card).

    I got this response when redeeming a card today also with no error code, however I checked my Microsoft account and it did apply it to my account. I unable to purchase anything from the XBOX Store though and it continues to tell me something went wrong,
    but again no error code given.

    I have tried to purchase through the web site also and it gives me the same error message. It hangs on the confirm purchase page then goes to the Something went wrong message.

    I got this response when redeeming a card today also with no error code, however I checked my Microsoft account and it did apply it to my account. I unable to purchase anything from the XBOX Store though and it continues to tell me something went wrong,

    The system won't let me set a goal in the rewards program for a $5 Amazon gift card.

    When I click on the button to set the $5 Amazon gift card as a goal, the system tells me there is a problem, and to try again at a later time.
