Gift card redeem error

That's a region error:

Error 80122734 occurs when you try to redeem an Xbox gift card on Xbox 360
Problem

You see the following error code when you try to redeem an Xbox gift card:

• Error 80122734

This means that the currency that the gift card is in doesn’t match the currency used by your Microsoft account. For example, you have a gift card in Canadian dollars. That card can’t be redeemed on a US Microsoft account, which uses US dollars.

Solution

To resolve this problem, you can try to return or exchange the Xbox gift card at the retailer from whom you purchased it. Then, make sure that you obtain a card in the correct currency for your Microsoft account.

Um amigo meu fez uma compra de cartões presentes para poder por o game pass ultimate ,mas só que não caiu até agora ...sabem quanto tempo pode levar para cair ?

If you mean he bought you a gift card and sent you an email with the code

If HE doesnt live in the same region as you thats the issue

Gift cards are region locked

So foreign currency cards can be redeemed however you wont see the balance as your account region does not match

The specific error you receive (‘not eligible, try redeeming on another site’) indicates that you either can’t apply it to your account (like if it’s only for new subscribers and you’ve had a subscription before) or you’re redeeming it in the incorrect place.
