    Gift card not working


    Hello, my son got a £15 gift card as a Christmas present. The code will not redeem, says something went wrong, check instructions that came with code.

    I have no receipt for the card , so I can’t go to the retailer that it was purchased from. Can I contact Microsoft directly? Will they redeem it?

    Gift cards will only work in the region they were created for. There is no way to change the region of a gift card.

    Microsoft gift cards only work with the Microsoft Store. Just like Amazon gift cards only work with Amazon, and Apple with their products only.

    EA access is only working with special ea access gift cards which afaik are not released yet. Usual microsoft gift cards are NOT working!

    If i live in canada and buy a digital xbox gift card can .y girlfriend use it in yhe USA?

    Gift cards will only work in the region they are created for. If you can find a way to buy a US digital gift card from where you are, then that would work for her, but Canadian cards will not.
