    EA access is only working with special ea access gift cards which afaik are not released yet. Usual microsoft gift cards are NOT working!

    Have you tried redeeming the card on the website and the console? What error message/code do you receive when you try on the console?

    contact xbox chat or phone support, they can verify your code, this codes are region dependent (only "gold" is world wide)

    Amazon Germany 12m Gold is ~40€ which would be 53$

    Amazon united states 12m Gold is ~50$ which would be 37€

    also different tax rates apply, so not even Gold should be worldwide

    Gift cards will only work in the region they were created for. There is no way to change the region of a gift card.

    Microsoft gift cards only work with the Microsoft Store. Just like Amazon gift cards only work with Amazon, and Apple with their products only.

    If i live in canada and buy a digital xbox gift card can .y girlfriend use it in yhe USA?

    Gift cards will only work in the region they are created for. If you can find a way to buy a US digital gift card from where you are, then that would work for her, but Canadian cards will not.
