gift card not working

    gift card not working


    I recently bought in game currency (v bucks) with a£15 giftcard but this was before the update went live. Seconds before. my gift card was redeemed successfully. but when i went back onto the screen on the game, it told me there was a failiure. i typed in
    the code for the giftcard again. but it said that the code was redeemed already. then the fortnite update went live so i had to update. i checked my billing history, it said i had redeeemed my code and that the purchase happened for the v bucks. but obviously.
    the v bucks are not in my account so i have payeed them my money for nothing for nothing. i want to gett my £15 voucher back as it wasn't spent on anything.

    Help me please

    EA access is only working with special ea access gift cards which afaik are not released yet. Usual microsoft gift cards are NOT working!

    Gift cards will only work in the region they were created for. There is no way to change the region of a gift card.

    Microsoft gift cards only work with the Microsoft Store. Just like Amazon gift cards only work with Amazon, and Apple with their products only.

    If i live in canada and buy a digital xbox gift card can .y girlfriend use it in yhe USA?

    Gift cards will only work in the region they are created for. If you can find a way to buy a US digital gift card from where you are, then that would work for her, but Canadian cards will not.
