    Gift card not working


    Hello,

    Yesterday, I bought a 12 month xboxlive gift card for my little brother.

    He informed me that the code received cannot be activated on his account because of a region problem.

    I would like to receive a refund for this purchase so that he can buy it on his account to avoid this kind of problem.

    EA access is only working with special ea access gift cards which afaik are not released yet. Usual microsoft gift cards are NOT working!

    Gift cards will only work in the region they were created for. There is no way to change the region of a gift card.

    Microsoft gift cards only work with the Microsoft Store. Just like Amazon gift cards only work with Amazon, and Apple with their products only.

    If i live in canada and buy a digital xbox gift card can .y girlfriend use it in yhe USA?

    Gift cards will only work in the region they are created for. If you can find a way to buy a US digital gift card from where you are, then that would work for her, but Canadian cards will not.
