Gift Card not recived?

I purchased on Microsoft rewards a five dollar microsoft gift card. I had contacted support and they said "We were able to trace up the purchased here from your Rewards redemption, however for some reason we're seeing here that the purchased redemption didn't
go through and shows currently block. We did try checking if there was already a code issued but it only shows here Not available. As for this case though, we do have our Rewards support that can able to look into this further Caleb on why the purchased redemption
has been blocked and for them to provide to you the gift card manually. I'll provide you a link for our Xbox Live Rewards Support, and we recommend to post your thread on this link regarding your purchased redemption that is not showing or didn't receive on

Wil Xbox Live gift cards purchasable at local retailers still be redeemable after June 15? If not will there be Microsoft gift cards gift cards?

I'm an Italian guy who is about to get into the game by opening up a company.

I would like to specialize in selling gift cards. Most importantly, there are the Xboxlive Gift Cards.

I would like more information on prices. The funds I do not miss so my purchases would always be for tens of thousands

of euro but I would like to understand a little better that margins are there.

Specifically, I'm interested in small cuts in both EUR and $.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

If the link doesn't work, you just got to the page where you redeem points and the contact link is on the bottom of the page.
