    Hello

    I am trying to redeem a gift card which I got as a Christmas gift and on Xbox it does not work. On the Microsoft account the redeem page is blank.

    Is there a problem right now or the card is not working?

    Gift cards will only work in the region they were created for. There is no way to change the region of a gift card.

    Microsoft gift cards only work with the Microsoft Store. Just like Amazon gift cards only work with Amazon, and Apple with their products only.

    EA access is only working with special ea access gift cards which afaik are not released yet. Usual microsoft gift cards are NOT working!

    If i live in canada and buy a digital xbox gift card can .y girlfriend use it in yhe USA?

    Gift cards will only work in the region they are created for. If you can find a way to buy a US digital gift card from where you are, then that would work for her, but Canadian cards will not.
