Olá, falo do Brasil, gostaria de deixar minha reclamação pois comprei um gift card para comprar jogos da Retrocompatibilidade e descobri com ajuda do suporte por telefone que não é possivel comprar os jogos da retrocompatibilidade com os Gift Cards, por
favor microsoft, ajude a comunidade liberando os gift cards para todos os serviços! Obrigado

Cómo compro juegos de XBOX 360 con una GIFT CARD desde una XBOX ONE

Estou enfrentando o mesmo problema que você amigo, principalmente agora, com esse saldão dos retrocompatíveis. Hoje inseri créditos na minha conta da microsoft visando comprar 3 jogos da plataforma XBox 360 para o meu XBox One S, mas enfim, pelo que li,
não pode- se usar GIFT CARD para comprar jogos entre consoles diferentes, no caso eu teria que usar cartão de crédito. Segue a dúvida, é possível, eu com meu One, comprar jogos do 360 pela live com GIFT CARD?

My point was that if you give someone a $25 Xbox Gift Card as a gift you cannot use it on backwards compatible games. Of course you can use a credit card or paypal account.

Thanks Daft Badger. I didn't realize that Xbox 360 games couldn't be bought with the gift cards. That stinks. There isn't any saying that gift cards can't be used for Xbox 360 backwards compatible games.
