Gift Card Issue Support Request

Good Afternoon,

I bought an Xbox gift card but the code label was damaged & is now unreadable. I placed a service request but have not received any updates. Is there any way to check the status of this request? I have seen similar requests online but the links do not
show any updates for my specific request. Is there a way to check the status?

You can solve the problem with the gift card only through chat technical support. You won't solve this on the forum.

You would have to contact support. You should have a reference number for the request and then can check it off that. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

you should be able to request a new code from that page...
