Gift card I bought is already used

I just bought a Gift card and when redeeming it said its already used.

I contacted the seller but they need me to find the date and activation time and need screenshots of my expense-replenishment as proof.

I cant find either of those.

Can someone please help me?

Sorry to hear you have run into this problem with your prepaid code.

The best possible way to get this handled would be to
Contact Xbox Support. Once you get a hold of them they should be able to provide more information for you in regards to the code.

Once you are on the support page go ahead and follow the steps below to get a hold of an agent.

Select Xbox One
Select See other options and then under My account select See my purchase history
Select Show contact options
Chat with Xbox Support or Request a call from Support
