    Gift card funds not available for fortnite purchase


    I deposited $25 gift card. But it's not an option to use for vbucks. Checked my account on my xbox and it shows I have the $25 in my account. I went to the Microsoft website and there it shows I have 0 in my account. But when I look at my history it shows my redeemed $25 today. What is happening?

    I also have this problem. Around January 2nd, I bought 25 dollars of credit. I bought minecraft, which was 20 dollars, but now I have 0 dollars left! I tried making a purchase and in both microsoft.com and in xbox it says I have no credit. Help?
