    Gift card credits not showing up


    Greetings,

    My son received a gift card for his b day on 3/14. It redeemed ok and it shows in my order history, but the credits haven't showed up. My account is in good standing. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? Of course xbox support is mia. Thanks for the help.

    How do you buy games using Microsoft funds/transactions???

    That doesnt work because every single time I try too purchase a game the only option that shows up is Credit card.

    Xbox gift cards will only work for the region they are credit for. So if you redeem a US card, it will only show so USD.

    Hi Deadpoolmarin3,

    When you go to pay for what you what. In the checkout page you should see your Xbox gift card balance and you check on that. If the item is more than your gift card balance>>>another option comes up showing your credit/debit card on file. You check on
    that too and before you pay>>you should see the xbox gift card along with your credit/debit card. Click on next and buy. The credit/debit card should cover the taxes.

    That's how that screen works. It doesn't show when you get credited as I went through mine and nothing shows up for me adding currency gift cards, it only shows what your purchases are. If the funds are there you shouldn't have an issue.
