Gift Card Already Used before actually useing it.

Where did you purchase these codes from ? You'll need to contact them in order to get a refund for them, if you purchased them from the Microsoft Store I suggest contacting Xbox Live Support via phone

support.xbox.com/contact-us

This is a good question. I would be weary of using the gift card for a pre-order like that as it might expire before the money actually gets pulled.

Actually, gift cards are good as cash so technically, you can use them to buy consoles. Are they already added on your account though? I believe that should be available during check out once you already have the credit added. As long as these are Microsoft gift cards then it should be available.

Are you using CSV/Currency/Gift Card or an actual bank card?

request a call back or chat from Xbox Support to have them look into the code to see when it was redeemed, if you'd like to do so. Sadly, you will need to contact the seller
or G2A to get this resolved from your end, but hopefully it will work out for you.

Generally, we recommend that you purchase any type of code for a game or subscription from an authorized retailer or Microsoft/Xbox themselves for the best results to avoid this type of situation, which sadly happens more often than not. As with
any type of sales, there is always an entity out there that is unscrupulous and should be avoided.
