I have not received my $10 gift card that was promised to me upon buying a month of xbox live gold. I saw the promotional offer on the xbox dashboard on my xbox 360. I purchased the month on Feb. 4th and it ended on March 4th. Up until this day I have not
received the gift card. I have a reference code that a representative gave to me to check up on the gift card.-

if a code shows you that it is not active, it is best to wait 24 hours and try again and if it still shows the same you will have to contact the Store where the code was purchased, since they forgot to activate the code.

Thanks for your patience on this. After investigating further into this promotion the appropriate teams have determined that you do not qualify for this offer. in order to be eligible you would have needed to purchase Xbox live Gold through the promotion
screen rather than elsewhere on the store.
