    Im done! So my account () got banned for trying to help let Xbox live clear from modders. I got a message from a modder that said he was going to mod your account for the games of your choice if you give him a account to
    work with, so i wanted to know if i have to report him for modding or trying to scam people so i gave him the Details from the alternate account. 10 minutes later i tried to get back on the account i saw the password got changed so i knew he was just scamming
    people trying to get accounts for maybe game licenses or something i dont know. Well in the conversation i tried to be sound as real as possible so he doesnt get a clue that i might want to expose him. And now after 1 week after the conversation with the modder
    (btw. His gamertag is YoElitePro) i got a ban with cooperating with modding. Well while they was checking my messages they saw the conversation with the modder and they really thought i wanted to get mods so i got a ban for it, and no i cant do a case review,
    i already did one i only know from there that the reason is that im banned for "cooperating with modding" So i want that the enforcment Team to See this.

    Suspended my account without warning

    Why didn’t Microsoft give me a warning before suspending my account? Come on Microsoft, I’m really sorry, but you guys need to at least give out a warning before suspension or being banned. Like, I have a gf that I can only contact her through the Xbox chat,
    but I guess I don’t have one anymore because I got suspended. It’s all your fault that I lost her, she was my everything. GIVE OUT WARNINGS BEFORE SUSPENSION OR BANNING.

    Upgrading to Xbox X question

    hi guys,

    i'm thinking of upgrading from my launch system to Xbox X.

    Microsoft store and gamestop have some deals i might look into.

    What should i do before i trade in my system?

    copy my saves to the cloud is obvious i guess.

    But after that all my digital games and stuff should be tied to my account right? So if i do get a new system i just log into my account and everything is there i just have to download everything again right? Physical games and saves will be good to go.

    Any tips on what to do with my old xbox before i actually hand it in? Thanks!

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them.

    Whether or not you went along with it just to see what would happen, since you have him information you were cooperating with him. In the future it's best to just report them and not respond.

    Once the suspension is up, you'll be able to sign in and use your account like you previously could.

    then this suspension does not mean bane on what terms the suspension is investigating my account could you explain the details of all this topic

    I can't get any achievements and I've lost my old ones I need help I've called Microsoft and have talked to 6 different representatives can't find a resolution please I really need a resolution my account giggle giggle69.

    My account isn't baned Microsoft just told me it wasn't is there another solution

    Profile change and purchases

    well was the suspension a temporary ban or a permante ban?

    if you have access to the purchasing console then you can use it on any profile

    however since your account is permanately baned

    once an account is baned everything attached to it including DLC and achievements and subscription time and ms points are forfeit

    well live life and play fair

    it is that simple

    when your account is perma baned you forfeit all licenses associated with the account

    you will have to repurchase the content
