Ghosts console crash?

After playing a few games of Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer, my game freezes and then moments later the console itself freezes. Anyone have experiences with this issue?

they cant send you back an older console as im sure they're completely different models, you should receive a slim xbox back. But definitely take advantage of the warranty that you have left.

I am concerned that they will end up sending me an older system. From what I heard that seems to be the case.

To start off, here's a few questions for you to help us better understand the situation:

1. Is CoD: Ghosts the only game that you've noticed this issue with?
2. When Ghosts freezes, do you see any error codes or error messages?
3. Does the console ever "unfreeze"? Or do you have to restart the entire console?
   
4. When Ghosts freezes, are you able to hit the Xbox button and return to your home screen before the console freezes?

yes i contact microsoft a lot of time about this issue.

FIrst Fix: put your console in english with USA as location

Second fix: press the start button at the same time of the power button keep it for 10-15 second.

xbox will restart or close then restart and it should work.

the first fix resolve all my problem

OK I sort of fixed it myself. After a few hard resets the console went back to full functioning state. Thanks for all of the support though!

 

This happens to me when i play CoD ghosts xbox360. I will load a TDM game with that triangle thingy loading and then it will freeze. Nothing will work. I have to do turn off my system and start again. It also happens to the PC version as well.

Please fix this.
