Ghosts broken POST UPDATE

When I load multiplayer (post update) it loads the image of the map (loading screen) with the call of duty logo for about 10 seconds and then goes black and then re loads the exact same loading screen in an endless loop and never loads multiplayer. Then
while playing campaign on End of Line the mission crashes after the first 5 or so seconds and I am prompted with (disc read error image12). I have never encountered any of such problems before and my disc is new and unscathed. Any fix to the issue?

Controller Broken Post April Update

Most likely it is a software issue. My controller stopped turning on the Xbox as well, but for me, the update DID fix the issue where the controller would disconnect from the system. Honestly, I wouldn't send it in to get serviced. If those are your only
issues, they can be patched. If you did end up sending it in, you might get a busted Xbox with a bad disc drive or something. I wouldn't risk it.

 

Controller Broken Post April Update

immediately after updating my controller for the April update it will no longer do the following:

-sync via wireless or remain synced

-Turn the Console on

-Function at all unless it is plugged in via USB BEFORE the console is powered on.

Once it is plugged in, and the console turned on, I can unplug the USB and it works as intended, but if the controller or console is powered off I am back to square one. Any help? I'm using the headset adapter and the microsoft stereo headset with the
controller, same behaviors no matter if those things are connected or not.

The only thing I haven't tried is syncing via kinect because my kinect is out for repair. Any wisdom anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

I would try a reinstall and see if that helps.

 

Was broken before onslaught.

 

My Xbone did this for the first time last night (froze in black screen). A hard reset is the temporary fix. Unplug your Xbone power for a few seconds then plug it back in. The hard reset "fixes" this problem temporarily. Ill also mention it seemed the dedi
servers were gone yesterday. Game starts I pick my loadout very fast, then I cant even make it to the first flag before others have capped it in Dom. There would be no "countdown" after I selected my loadout. There used to be a 45 second countdown, then when
Id pick a class, the countdown would switch to like 15 seconds, but now NO countdown at all. Weird, its like theres a host now and no dedi server. I also had my first game session kicked to the lobby last night, as someone, probably the host, dashed. That
was the effect. Typical CoD. New patch/DLC/update/whatever and the connections go to poopy.

 

Don't know about the fix being "temporary" but I unplugged mine for 60 seconds and it's been working ever since!! It's just a matter of "syncing" everything again. Once you unplug it, you're good to go and it's not just "temporary"....

 

I believe the temporary fix reference, is the fact that it works for now but likely later you will need to do it again. Until xbox fixes the issue that is causing the black screen, this is the best fix we have, but it would be nice if a permanent fix came
out that fixed the black screen issue so it never occurs again. That would be a permanent fix.

 

^^Yeah, that. I meant the "fix" is unorthadox and not a M$ fix.

I have the dreaded CANT SYNC DATA TO THE CLOUD MESSAGE (-80099324). Something happened after I DL the COD GHOST DLC! I can not get online unless I sync data which is not happening, and have to option out to offline play. Now after I do this for about a minute
of continuous button spamming to sync data I just click offline and ghost finally loads to multiplayer. It also happens during madden. I can get online in mp but have to select offline play first.

Also what the hell! The one never informs you you are DL the dlc until you exit out the game and look it up in another """"APP"""". Dam app this, app that. What the hell happened to just options or simplicity.

i can get the game to load, but the amount of in game multiplayer lag has increased to almost unbearable levels now. This happened the exact time they released the new maps and patch. WTF!! I have been touting to friends how excellent and virtually lag free
the COD experience had been on the X1, and then BAM! Its as horrible as its ever been. Why, WHY?? PLEASE FIX!!

 

Happened to me too Atari... Time to move on me thinks.
