Ghosts Black Screen when trying to get on Multiplayer

I recently got the physical disc because the digital won't work. I installed without internet. Now I can play campaign with no problems. But when I try to play anything else it goes to the loading screen and then black. I've tried everything i can possibly
think of and nothing works.

Black ops server needs a reboot

Multiplayer on Black Ops 1 is just a mess atm. You get black screen with Black Ops logo and a spinning circle constantly. When trying to get into a match it just hangs there.

Call of duty ghost help

I am trying to get back to story mode from multiplayer in ghost but when i press the b button to return to main menu all i get is the ghost mask screen any help please

A simple easy fix is to, while the console is turn on, hold the power on the front of the Console (not controller) for about 5-10 seconds and then wait about 15-20 seconds. turn console back on with the same button but don't hold it this time. once the console
loads back to the main screen load the game again and issue should be fixed.

if not try removing your profile from the console and add it again.

if all else fails try calling the game developers

I won't be getting an Xbox One on release but I already have Ghost pre-ordered for the PS4. I just may get Ghost for my 360 though because I frequently play MW3 and Black Ops 2 with a friend on split-screen multiplayer.

I have the downloadable version on my One and last Sunday it froze in the middle of a multiplayer game. Now when it loads I get the big ghost face then a black screen and that's it. Have uninstalled and reinstalled three times and still have the same problem!

Same here. None of my games work, even after install. Killer instinct is a black screen with music. NBA2k14 stays on the loading screen, and Ghost doesn't have a multiplayer option.
