Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our
Enforcement websitefor all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

Check out Enforcement.xbox.comfor more support feel free to check out the Orange hammer and see if the account
is eligible for a Case Review.(If the suspension is for 24 hours and less, then it will not be available.
If the case is Upheld then, you will have to wait till the suspension is over.)

(Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.)

the Xbox Live Enforcement page.



Details of the Enforcement Action can be found on the Enforcement page linked above. If you sign in with the account in question, you can visit the Enforcement History and it should provide more details.



Now, depending on the length of the suspension, as well as a few other factors, you might be eligible to submit a
Case Review. This page covers more specific details for why you might want to submit one, if there were extenuating circumstances, or other unknown/reported
details around the report. Please review that page in its entirety prior to submitting a Case Review, as there are details on there that you will want to review before submitting, since you can only submit one, and that is the
only way for direct communication with the Enforcement Team.



Secondly, if you think there are things that you think would improve the Xbox Live service for everyone, then you are welcome to submit your ideas and
let other users support them at the Xbox Feedback site.

Device band can't be lifted, if was a temporary ban the time of the ban needs to end if it's a permanent ban, it will remain banned
