    What's the exact error you're getting when trying from the console?

    What country are you located in?

    What country is your Xbox LIVE account registered to? You can find that out by visiting this page
    here and looking under Country/Region.

    Please respond with the above questions, and I'm sure someone will be able to assist in why you're not able to purchase this game.

    that would be because some games are region locked and some are not, if your regions of your account,console, and location do not match you will not be able to download region locked content and there is no way to bypass it, you have to meet all 3 criteria
    to download region locked content, sorry.

    I,m in brasil, and it is region us if i,m not wrong. But i've bought max payne 3 and syndicate last week and didn't change anyhting in the console. Mp3 and synd worked fine, but ghostbusters no. I bought it via pc, on console it gave me error 80150017 if
    my memory serves me.

    Any hint on how to make it work?

    Well usually, if something like this is happening, it's because your the country you're currently located in is not the same as the country/region your Xbox LIVE account is registered in.

    So it would help if you answer the questions in the previous post because more than likely what I've listed is happening to you. You won't be able to download content on Xbox LIVE properly if it's not available in your country/region. Purchasing it from an
    account in a country you're not physically located in produces these sorts of problems.

    I´ve managed to buy it after some dark magical ritual, but after the download it says that data is corrupt.

    is there a way to contact the xbox support? or any hints on how to solve the problems?
