    Ghostbusters remastered on Xbox one


    Purchased a digital download of Ghostbusters remastered. Early on in the game, with a corridor about to be flooded my xbox one x crashed (full shutdown) twice in a row. I sent on a refund request to Microsoft but this was rejected on the basis that I
    had played the game. Am I doing something wrong here or is this the standard response when a refund is requested, if a game has been played at all, even if there seems to be a serious bug in the software (overheating error).

    I was about to pull the trigger on Ghostbuster: The Video Game Remastered, but I saw just a seconds before the purchase that they took out the multiplayer mode. When the game came out, the multiplayer missions were my favorite aspect of the game. I had already
    100%'ed the campaign.

    I did get Gears of War Ultimate via GamePass and loved it though.
