    I bought the ghostbusters bundle which came with the game and the movie. The game came through and I waited for the movie confirmation code but it never came to either of my emails. My account is . Can you help?

    Including game and movie download on release

    Purchased july 20th 2016

    Movie digital release september 27th

    I have still not received a key to redeem and dowload the new Ghostbusters movie which was included in the bundle purchased from the xbox store on the above date. I was wondering if anyone else had received their codes or is this a common error?
