    Ghost suspension.


    I've been getting suspension alert on my profile for about 9 months even though I can't find any in my suspension history. Is there a way to fix this because it has reduced my access to ambassador polls and to the Xbox app.

    Hello HolIyGhost, I'm sorry for what happened regarding your account, we would like to set your expectation about this situation.

    Enforcement is a department apart from this Community and Xbox service, is not possible for us to access to your account and Enforcement details to check or handle with your ban or suspension.

    As this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data or your account, we cannot specify the actual reason or verify precisely what the reason for your suspension or ban or remove your ban and suspension.

    I have no idea, i've never heard of it but one of the advisers on the "contact us" section said i should query a ghost suspension on this forum. Personally i've never heard of it but i just followed the instructions.

    Its complete garbage on how difficult it is to get in contact with one of the staff members who took action towards an account that is yours. A case review might help but usually all you will get is a copy and paste reply from a notepad document which is
    lame.
    Unfortunately there isn't even a case, my last case was 2011 so unless somebody gets in contact with me and supplies a case review on one of these "ghost suspensions" i'll be forever unable to reply to messages. Might have to be a PS next.
