Ghost suspension/no notification

    I was told by 3 representatives that I should post this in the forum. I had 2 bans in early June that are now done, but I still have a communication ban that does not show up on my account. There is no way for me to file a case review or even contact the
    enforcement team on this matter. I am not disputing my previous bans, I'm curious as to why there is no notification or anything sort of indication as to why I have an unknown ban of which I can't even see? Please, get back to me. Thank you.

    Account suspension with no notification recieved

    Hello, I was instructed by customer support to post here in the forums regarding a suspension. Roughly last week, I had received 2 account suspensions. One regarding communications, the other regarding Xbox live. The suspensions were effective until June
    13th at roughly 10 PM. However, after signing in to xbox live, which worked perfectly fine, I was surprised to see that I still had no access to communication services. I have no active suspensions in my enforcement history currently, and I was not notified
    in any way of having received a suspension. However, after contacting customer support, it's come to my attention that I had received a communication ban that was effective until September 7th of this year. As I said, I was not notified in any way nor do I
    have any active suspensions. And because I have no active time suspensions, I cannot file for a cade review via enforcement.xbox. Hope this issue gets resolved soon, thanks!

    What is my suspension for?

    I have no notifications for a current suspension but apparently I am suspended until October 7th which I later found out from a microsoft support member.

    About enforcement action?

    If there's nothing listed on the enforcement site and you're able to sign in and play online without a suspension notification, then you don't have a suspension. It's a notification glitch.

    Do you mean the Game Pass app? If you're getting a notification of a suspension there, but you have no active suspension and you are able to log in and play online without a suspension notification, then you're fine. That's been a glitch for a long time.

    What does it mean to get permanently suspended

    It's most likely not permanent, but there is a suspension. There's an issue with the notification system showing everyone they have a permanent suspension.

    The enforcement team won't tell exactly how suspensions are given. I do believe suspensions for obvious profanity are issues automatically. but other enforcement actions are usually handed down by the team themselves, which is a group of real people. The issues that seem to be happening right now are issues with notification of the suspensions telling everyone they are permanently banned, even though they have a shorter suspension, and the enforcement site not showing the suspension. From most of the posts I've seen, the suspensions themselves are warranted, but the notifications and things are just wrong.

    If you're only seeing a notification on that page and possibly the Game Pass app, that's a notification glitch that's been happening for a while and you haven't actually received a suspension.
