    Recently I have gotten problems with a account after an update and in that account I had a subscription and I reset the Xbox and the account and everything got deleted but a month later I got a message that I bought Xbox gold and i gotten pissed and confused
    plz HELP!!!

    I have a ghost xbox live subscription

    Hello,

    I used a 12-month subscription (prepaid card) 24h ago on my account.

    The problem is that I do not have access to an online service on my games, on me always refers to the purchase of subscription while it is activated. (I check in the settings and my subscription is valid until 2018)

    Sorry to hear that, may I know if you or your son already tried looking on each email address (in case he had more than one) and see if the subscription finally appears?

    If yes, and is not possible to find it. Probably your son created an account for this purpose and now he forget it the info.

    Or if you're not able to recover the account. The best option would be ask GoHenry to give you a new card and cancel the old one to a oís future charges
