Ghost Recon Wildlands Reward Points

Hi Xbox Team! I was wondering why I never received my 15,000 Xbox rewards points after purchasing Ghost Recon Wildlands. It was one of the "Get started earning reward points icons" to click on at Rewards.xbox.com. I purchased the game on 3/11/17. If someone
can help me receive the points I would be supper grateful. Thank you so much.

Keep in mind that credits for that offer should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped as long as you purchased a physical disc from microsoftstore.com.

 

The offer didn't mention a physical copy. When I click the green button it sent me right to the Marketplace to buy the game. I don't want to sound like I am saying you are wrong I but Xbox Support over the phone told me it only took 10 days. Either amount
I was wondering do the points just automatically get loaded to your account? Do they get emailed to you like when you redeem them? Last do they get sent to your xbox message inbox?

If you purchased the game digitally from the Xbox store, then it would not have been eligible for that offer. If you had opted in to the Simply Rewarding offer before making the purchase, it would have counted towards that offer for 6,000 credits.

When you complete rewards offers, the credits are added as pending on your Rewards account (you can view pending credits on the MyRewards section of the site). Once credits are pending, they will remain pending until you have at least 5,000 pending and then
are automatically deposited as currency into your Microsoft account balance by the following 15th or 30th of the month.
