    Ghost recon wildlands not launching


    Made a purchase through the Xbox store of Tom Clancy’s ghost recon wildlands standard edition and also the deluxe edition. But after downloading and installing the game will launch but when reaching the Ubisoft logo it then goes black and nothing happens.
    Then the Xbox dashboard then appears after about 3-4 minutes. I’ve cleared everything then tried reinstalling 3 times and the same thing . I’ve done the reboot, the hard start everything that the support recommended and nothing. My other game works fine no
    issues. Please help what should I do next.

    If you have done all of the support page troubleshooting steps here Xbox One Game Won’t Start | Xbox One Game Freeze Then I would suggest calling
    xbox customer support and asking for a refund.
