Ghost Recon Wildlands: Multiple Profile Game Save Bug

I see there are others that have posted this, but there has been no progress from Ubisoft on this problem.

There is a game bug on Ghost Recon: Wildlands that corrupts game saves if multiple people with different profiles use the same console. Ubisoft has been made aware of this, but has not been able to fix the problem or provide an estimate on when the bug
will be patched.

I was about half way through the game and at max level. My daughter's boyfriend decided to try out the game using his own profile on my Xbox. After he did that, my level, skills, and all collectibles other than guns were reset. Also, my game map showed
that I had not explored anything. As my daughter's boyfriend continued to play, his rank and unlockables carried over into my game save as well.

I have gone through both Ubisoft and Xbox support trouble-shooting to refresh my console, delete my local save, and sync to the cloud save. Unfortunately, the cloud save is identical to the corrupted save on my system. Xbox support says they are unable
to revert to an older game save for us, either.

This is a game-breaking bug. We need Microsoft to pressure Ubisoft to fix this problem or provide refunds to all of us that have encountered this.

Update: Ubisoft has informed me that they cannot restore my game save and that I should just start over. However, they have not addressed the game save merge bug that is occurring. I also have asked for a refund and they are refusing.

At this point, I think the information just really needs to get out there to hopefully prevent other people from running into the same problem. This is also a serious quality-control issue. Since this is such a game-breaking bug with no fix, Microsoft should
probably suspend sales of this title until Ubisoft is able to come up with a solution.
