    Ghost Recon Wildlands Credits not rewarded


    I contacted your customer service department and after a back and forth conversation they sent me here for support.

    I purchased Ghost Recon Wildlands for xbox one and per email was looking forward to the 15,000 reward credits for purchasing the game by the deadline. I did so but the credits have yet to post to my account. Any help and a prompt solution to this issue
    would be greatly appreciated. Thank You for all your time and efforts.

    Which items are eligible for this offer?

    To qualify for this offer, you must order a hard-copy disc of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands for Xbox One from MicrosoftStore.com during
    the offer period. This offer is good for one purchase only. You can earn up to 15,000 Rewards Credits, depending on which version of the game you purchase:

    • Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Standard Edition: 10,000 Rewards Credits

    • Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Deluxe Edition: 12,000 Rewards Credits

    • Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition: 15,000 Rewards Credits



    Since your purchase was made digitally, it was not eligible for that offer. The Credit event on your account is from the Simply Rewarding (the $60 offer) completion, not from the Ghost Recon offer. Those Credits were placed as pending on March 10th,
    and deposited on March 29th.
