Ghost Recon Wildands not launching (Xbox One)

When starting Wildlands it show the starting screen for around 7 sec. and then close the game

this just started happening since the last update of the game (updated yesterday 06./07. August 2018)

but it doesn´t affect the xbox of my brother which launches the game normaly

6000 point reward

I bought ghost recon deluxe edition on March 7th after launching the 6000 credit mission, but I did not receive the reward.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

 

You can do a Power Cicle, press and hold Power Button for 10 seconds and wait 2 minutes then turn Xbox on again, If It does not work You can try to open the game over and over again 'till It works.

 

Try to open the game several times and It will open some time
