    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to qualify for the offer, the game had to be purchased as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com. If you purchased it digitally
    from the Xbox Store, the purchase would not have been eligible
