    Hi There,

    I keep on getting the 0x803f8001 issue when trying to play Ghost Recon. My friend bought the game and xbox gave me a redeemable code. I redeemed it before installing the game and installed the game by itself later on. I can see the game is on my order list
    and says I own it but I can't see it on Xbox console.

    I tried hard reboot and re-signing in with my xbox live account. Am I missing something here?

    Are you claiming to be a Ghost Recon veteran or are you looking to play with Ghost Recon Vets? Maybe you played Ghost Recon with an old xbox live profile or something but your current profile only shows COD. So if you are a COD player claiming to be a Ghost
    Recon "Veteran" you can go pound sand if you think I am going to play with you.

    How do I get the year one pass in Ghost Recon Breakpoint to work?

    I understand, I just want to confirm before we proceed with more troubleshooting steps, did you digitally purchase the year 1 pass DLC for Ghost Recon Breakpoint, or have you redeemed codes for the DLC on your account?

    Also, just to clarify, may I know which platform device are you trying to play your Ghost Recon Breakpoint game, is it on Windows PC or Xbox console?

    If you're referring to the Ghost Recon offer, keep in mind that credits should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped as long as you purchased a physical disc from microsoftstore.com.
