    Remove any cards you have on xbox their employees tend to make unauthorized transactions ill be damned if i purchase the new gen console this isnt the first time this happened the first time cost me over $700 for gta same game 7 times on same acct. But theres nothing they can do about nothing thanks for stealing from the disabled i use to spend alot no more!!!

    The Ghost Recon offer was a unique MicrosoftStore.com offer. Our offers are usually for Xbox Store purchases. Simply Rewarding was for Xbox Store purchases. Since you did not make any purchases off the Xbox store, you did not complete that offer.

    I did the same but just the game when it first came out, I had read somewhere you cant get the DLC or map packs for the 360 and use on the One.

    You would need to contact the store that had the deal. Although the ability to purchase the game for a greatly reduced price was time limited and is no longer available.
