ghost not loading

I have been playing cod ghost on my xbox one for weeks now. Now, once I select cod to play from dashboard it goes to the initial load screen before the menu and just goes black. My other games play just fine. I have tried deleting it and re-installing
it several times and no luck.... Someone please help!!!!

COD Ghosts Not Loading

Hello,

I was trying to play COD last night on my one, and the game tried to load, and went to a black screen for eternity. I tried to uninstall the game and re-install the game, and the same issue occurred. I slapped in my RYSE game, ant it loaded without issue.
Whats happening here?

Ghost: Devastation not loading

I have a season pass to Ghost and have in the past downloaded all the map packs. They have all worked until today. For some reason, the Devastation map pack is not showing up in my list of packs available, all other map packs do. I did download the latest
system download this morning. Does anyone know what is going on and if there is a fix in the pipeline?

 

I'm having the same problem, it only just started today.

 

I'm also having the same problem bought a new game to test it and same thing still

 

I just tried holding the power button until the console powered down. I turned it back on and now the game works.

 

Wish my games would work again after holding the power button until it powers down but they still won't

 

Someone help!! This equipment is too expensive to be just buying more. Xbox help

 

All please clear your cache. Do this: With the console on, press and hold the power button on the console for 5-8 seconds until it shuts off. Unplug the power supply, wait about 30 seconds and then plug it in and reboot. You should see the green splash
screen upon reboot. It may take a minute to boot all the way to the home screen.

If you did not see the green splash screen it needs to be done again. Try your game after it boots to Home.

Thanks this also worked for me. This response should be moved to to x-box support

since they didn't know how to fix this. Looks like this is gonna be a common problem.
