    Ghost Ban


    My xbox is "ghost" communication banned, but I have no active bans on any of my accounts. No matter what account I log in, I can't message anyone or talk in parties. There's also no way to message the enforcement team - because I can't open a case review
    because I have no active bans. How do I fix this, who do I message, or maybe my console is chat banned, but not banned from live?

    Ghost ban/suspension

    I had two bans from earlier in June. One ended on the 15th and one ended on the 17th. I have no active bans yet it tells me I can't talk to anyone. I talked to 3 customer service reps today and they all had no idea what it was from and told me to post on
    the forum to find out some answers.

    I'm curretly banned for 7 days because Me and Ghost have been going back and forth calling other bad and terrible.

    Don't know why I got the ban for harassment, Ghost is the one insulting my country, (America) and intelligence, I haven't personally attack him or New Zeland.
