Ghost Achievements

Discus and support Ghost Achievements in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I got on my Xbox today and a bunch of achievements for Gears of War 4 popped up.     I got on my Xbox today and a bunch of achievements for Gears of War 4 popped up. I don't even own the game or have ever played it. Does anyone know what can cause this?

    Achievements for ghost did not cross over?

    I played ghost on my 360, just bought it for xbox one and I am redoing all achievements and getting gamerscore for them, none of my 360 achievements for ghost crossed over to xbox one?

    Achievements didn't unlock but did requirements for them

    These achievements didn't unlock

    on the new ghosts dlc exodus

    achievements are: mass exodus

    Ghost Achievements

    Not sure sorry. I got an achievement for Mirosoft Solataire Collection while in the middle of playing Fallout 4 today. I don't even own Solataire and no one with my Profile on their console have played or ever owned it either.

    Might just change my password to be sure.

    Yes that option will stay ghosted until you apply a screenshot, photo on a memory stick or achievement art as a background.

    Have you tried applying any achievement art and it's still ghosted?
