    My sons account was suspended BC of activities on Xbox but the problem with that is we haven't had internet for almost 2 months and just got it back and we learn when he gets home from school he's been suspended til 10/06/2017 and I would like to know how
    that could be when he couldn't get on his Xbox live account BC we didn't have internet

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Also to add suspensions dont happen right away most of the time since all reports are investigated before hand. This can sometimes take weeks or even months depending on how many other complaints there are to investigate. There is also no "statute of limitations"
    on code of conduct offenses. For example lets say a rule was broken over a year ago but they didnt find out until now you could still be suspended for it.

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.
