Why has this still not been fixed? it has been more then 1 year since I and other s have NOT had access to the games that we purchased!!

It is ridiculous that this issue is constantly being ignored. Numerous threads in these forums about this issue have been locked for no reason what so ever. How are we suppose to get support for the issue, if the threads are constantly locked with no resolution
to this matter?

Once in while a moderator will chime in with the same old "The proper teams are looking into this" only to never be heard from again, when asked for an update on a fix.

Troubleshooting tips given by MS support - Useless and a waste of time as this is not an issue with our pc's it is an issue with the website that is hosting our downloadable games not allowing access. Since the website is not allowing access. The
GFWL client can not verify our purchases, even though the GFWL client shows all of the games we purchased. Since the client can not verify our purchases we are locked out from downloading any of our games and from even seeing our CD/Licensing Keys for the
games we purchased.

Now our threads are constantly being locked without solutions to the issue. We were told to keep an eye on our threads for updates from support, yet moderators are constantly locking the threads so no one can reply. This is beyond unacceptable it is a disgrace!!
