GFWL - there was an error retrieving your purchase history. please sign out and try again ...

Can Xbox / MS support please look into this issue? It has been over 1 year without access to the digital games that I purchased.

I have multiple PC's each running a different version of OS from Win XP, all the way to Win 10. Same error message on all PC's

This is not an issue on my end. It is an issue on XBOX / MS end.

The server that allows access to our purchases is not allowing access.

Can someone please look into this??

Bought game add-on but cannot download via GFWL marketplace!

Ok i bought SSF4 costume pack but when i go to GFWL marketplace it says "There was an error retrieving your purchase history. Please sign out and try again later" If i bought something shouldn't i be able to USE it?

Hi, i tried to play Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection but GFWL can´t connect. Say "Error retrieving purchases history. Please sign out and try again later".

I have visited severals pages and forums but nothing worked.

I have been in contact with xbox support and ms support via twitter, phone and email for the past 11 months.

All I have gotten is ignored, the runaround, and misinformation.

I have been given troubleshooting information that will not work because it is an issue on XBOX / MS side and not on my end. No amount of troubleshooting will work. If the GFWL client / app cannot connect to the server it is suppose to connect to in order
to verify my purchase history. This is what needs to be fixed!!

Unfortunately, we do not have the proper tools on the forums to look into sensitive account information or investigate what is going on with your account not being able to access purchase history. As much as we would like to help on the forums, the best
thing to do is keep working with customer support.
