    Hi Microsoft dudes,

    About 6 months ago I downloaded and installed GTA 4 for windows. I managed to use my product key to activate the game to my GFWL/Xbox Live account. 4 months after (which was 2 months ago), I had major problems with my HP notebook and sadly I had no choice
    but to reset the laptop, but I kept all my personal files. After I got my laptop back in order and restored all of my other games, I decided to play some GTA 4. When I got to GFWL login, I had to retype my key, but when I did it ended up saying "product key
    usage exceeded. Please enter another product key". I noticed how other people had problems with this error, yet all of them had the issue around 8 or 9 years ago when GFWL was stilled around. Maybe it could be some cache or registry still in my pc causing
    this to happen? I don't know but this has been extremely frustrating for me, because I really don't wanna have to create another microsoft account. I have so many achievements and other things attached to my current account and the sad thing is microsoft closed
    GFWL without actually helping people to fix a problem like this before closing it and it's really taking a tole on me. If only u guys had some kind of GFWL key revoker like the serial revoker for this game. PLEASE HELP ME MICROSOFT!! U GUYS MADE GFWL, SO U
    SHOULD BE ABLE TO HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!

    Have you attempted to contact Xbox directly with this problem? Contact Us | Xbox Support they should be able to answer this question for you. Hope this helps.
    They have live agent available during normal business hours.
