GFWL issue - Can't access games I own

Yes, I realize that GFWL marketplace is closed. What I am trying to do is reinstall a game that I owned (Fallout 3) that was activated on GFWL. I am running Windows 10 and I get the error message "There was an error retrieving your purchase history. Please
sign out and try again later."

I have done that. More than once. It still doesn't retrieve my games or cd keys.

Unfortunately @XboxSupport on twitter was less than helpful, suggesting that I needed to post on this forum to try to get help.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm trying to locate a Win7 computer and see if it's really something Win10 related.

Games for Windows Live - Whats Happening?

I own a lot of games for games for windows live

Games i've purchased on steam have been transfered from GFWL to Steam and on steam it also says that any GFWL CD Keys can be re-redeemed on steam

However i've tried activating the CD Keys i have for games like Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City and Operation Flashpoint: Red River and they say invalid product key.

i also can't log into the GFWL Client to get the keys for my other games because it says it can't connect to the server.

I Can't play my GFWL Games because of this, so how do i get my CD Keys and will i be able to redeem them on steam?

 

Can't activate my game on GFWL

I lost my hotmail account where all my game GFWL were. Now i made a new one but i can't activate my game because my cd key are already taken (on my old account that i dont have acces anymore ). I buy all my game on steam and still have access to my steam
account but because of GFWL i can't play online. Anyone can help me?

 

Yeah they broke something on their end and don't seem to care at all.

I've been digging around and have had the same issues as well. I did get a chance today to try it on a non-Windows 10 computer (Windows 7 Home Premium) and I still have the same error, so it's definitely not an operating system issue.

I'm considering calling Microsoft and asking them what's going on because I've had this for a week now and nobody has been helpful in the least. I might even just ask for my money back and get my games on Steam. At least there's support options there.
