Getting your console banned

I am banned on my console so no accounts can log in on that console. So we've tried to speak to people from Microsoft but they can't do anything. I think I got banned because of my new cable i got because it has 3 holes instead of the normal 2 on the power
brick so if anyone knows how to get in touch with the xbox enforcement team or how to fix this please let me know. Thank you. This all started as my powerbrick failed and I bought a new one from Amazon so I could use the xbox over Christmas

Hello there,

Sorry for the issue with the console ban. For console bans you can view this
topic for the console ban. Unfortunately, for console bans they sometimes will not show on the
enforcement site to do a case review. If the ban does show up and there a hammer next to it you can file for a case review. This is the only way to get with enforcement is by the case
review. If the option is not there you will have to ride the suspension out. Enforcement does not monitor any forums or have any way to contact them.

Console bans for Xbox 360 are permanent and cannot be appealed or undone. On Xbox One, however, they can be temporary. Which console is involved?

Incidentally, changing the power cord will not lead to a console ban. Those are reserved for significant tampering (such as replacing components inside the console), modding the console or a LOT of abuse coming from accounts that use that console.

Yea, nobody gets a console ban for something to do with the power brick, I'd recommend a review of the

Code of Conduct and see if anything jumps out at you?
