Getting your app ready.... Something went wrong... 0x97e10bca

I cant load any apps and haven't for a few weeks. Get error code 0x97e10bca. If l delete and reinstall the app it will work for that session but next time l turn Xbox on
they won't load again. Can't use Edge at all as can't reinstall. Affects Sky, you tube, Spotify, Prime, Netflix, Ea Access, All 4, BBC, Demand 5, mixer. Have tried rebooting as per your advice but doesn't work.... Concerned xbox is about to pack up...... I
have tried wired and wireless connection. Also get code 0x80131500 if l try and load Egde and code 0x8027025a if l try and load Sky......

Update... Now l can't even get apps to work even after uninstalling and reinstalling them. Also I've gone into settings but that "took too long" and wouldn't load. When any l backed out of that screen the screen went
black. I can't even use the controller to turn off the xbox. Not happy.

Thanks for the reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with the Xbox One error code 0x97e10bca. I recommend trying a
power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles and a stable internet connection.

Try this out and let us know the results.

I have the same problem with every game I try to start up, including free-to-play games.

Tried a full system reset (whilst keeping my games and apps installed) and now I get a random assortment of "Getting your game ready" and "Something went wrong".

I game share it and ever since the data pack update it stopped loading up and says getting your game ready then is says something went wrong went i try it all the time

I tried that and one other thing but it always does the same thing. I click ok Borderlands 3 then it says getting your game ready then says something went wrong
