Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Help me change my language preferences"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your product and category > Confirm.

Don't think you can on Chinese xbox ones.

There are several restrictions on Chinese xbox ones that you don't get on consoles bought in other countries due to the strict laws in China.

Because many games do not support simplified Chinese, and the State Bank Xbox one only simplified Chinese options, resulting in no Chinese games to play, while the actual game supports traditional Chinese.
