Getting wrongfully suspended

my account was suspended (even though I didn't do ANYTHING) I was acused of hacking or bad language (because I didn't tell my friend about somthing personal) in my opinion I think we should be able to call a dev or somthing and tell them we were falsely
banned or suspended.

Wrongfully suspended

You should have reported that person or block him from the start before retaliating. That behaviour counts as harassment and is subject to enforcement acts. A suspension is decided only after an investigation from XBLPET so spam reporting doesn't affects
your enforcement.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. A case review would be the only way to contact them. If a case review is not available, then all you can do is wait it out.

Firstly there is no such thing as a false report, if you breach the code of conduct and get reported, Enforcement investigate and issue a suspension if needed.

Secondly, Enforcement don't look on forums, you need to go to
enforcement and read all the information contained in their pages, so you understand how they work and then if eligible file a case review.

I've been wrongfully suspended as well with no way to dispute it or contact the enforcement team to make them aware of this issue

Update: I have found out I have been banned for marketplace theft. Really?? Please put in a link on players’ homepages to where there are more details about this.
