    Getting white screen


    When I pull up the Microsoft Solitaire Collection, it all goes good except once I click on the game I want to play all I get is a white screen.

    Help!! Getting white screen :)

    White Screen

    I've had difficulty playing the Challenges due to a white screen. Now I can't even play the basic games because I'm getting a white screen. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    I get this about 90% of the time now too, maybe more often. It's not kind of rare that I get to play a game if there's an ad to watch first. Just started happening in the last couple months.
